We have the following vacancies at our East Coast Supported Living Service where we support people in Bangor:
Senior Support Workers
1x 37.5 hours per week
1x 20 hours per week
Varied shift pattern to include sleepovers and waking nights
Essential Criteria
1. At least 1 years’ paid experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum conditions and/or acquired brain injury within a health and social care setting
2. Experience of:
• assessment, development and implementation of Person Centred Care / Support Plans
• using behaviour management strategies
• assessing/managing risk
• working as part of a team within a Health and Social Care setting.
3. Proficient in using standard office IT applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook

• Salary of £18,880 to £19,909 FTE per annum
