Essential Criteria

1. At least 1 years’ paid experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and / or autistic spectrum conditions and / or acquired brain injury within a Health and Social Care setting
2. Experience of:

• assessment, development and implementation of Person Centred Care / Support Plans
• using behaviour management strategies
• assessing/managing risk
• working as part of a team within a Health and Social Care setting
• Proficient in using standard office IT applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Full and valid UK Driver’s Licence* AND Access to a vehicle insured for business purposes (or willing to amend insurance) to be able to transport the people we support

* Consideration will be given to those applicants unable to meet this criteria due to a disability

• Salary of £18,880 to £19,909 FTE per annum
