Senior Support Worker (Short Breaks)

What You’ll Be Doing 

✅ Provide Personalised Support. 
✅ Coordination of Staff. 
✅ Health & Safety (H&S). 
✅ Risk management.

We want to hear from people who share our passion! To be successful in this role, you’ll need: 

Essential Criteria 
To apply for this role, you MUST have:  

1. At least 6 months paid experience supporting people in a health and social care or community setting. 

2. Ability to travel independently to be able to carry out the responsibilities of the role. It is a requirement of this post to be NISCC registered (or eligible for registration for NISCC). 

Desirable Criteria 

Experience of:  

- Working as part of a team. 

- Assessment, and implementation of Person Centered Care / Support Plans. 

- Positive Behaviour Support Methods.
