Self-employed Family Placement Form F Assessors

We are particularly interested to hear from experienced social workers from Western, Northern and Southern areas who have undertaken Form F assessments

The main duties will include assessments with foster care applicants within agreed time frames:

Individual and joint interviews.

Interviewing applicants' personal referees.

Full exploration with the applicant/s of all areas covered in the Coram/BAAF Form F assessment frameworkl

Accessing confidential reports and records on CHARMS.

Attendance at the BFNI foster care panel with the applicant/s to present the completed assessment report for panel consideration.

This is a sessional role with payment for work completed. Further information will be provided in the work contract.
