Home-Start Omagh District

Home-Start Omagh District is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Scheme Coordinator to help drive our scheme forward and support our team in delivering the innovative HOOP (Home-Start Omagh Outreach Project) initiative.
As Scheme Coordinator, you will lead with vision and compassion, working closely with staff, volunteers, and partner agencies to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. You will be instrumental in developing new opportunities, improving outcomes for families, and embedding the innovative HOOP initiative into the heart of our work. This role offers the chance to grow professionally while contributing to a trusted, values-driven organisation that truly makes a difference.
- 35 hours—25 hours permanent, subject to funding. 10 hours funded by The National Lottery Community Fund as part of the 4-year HOOP initiative
- Management of the Home-Start Omagh District scheme:
- Ensure the effective day-to-day management of the scheme in accordance with Home-Start's Memorandum & Articles of Association, Standards and Methods of Practice, Agreement, and Quality Assurance Standards.
- Management of the Home-Start Omagh Outreach Project (HOOP):
- Collaborate with the Family Group Coordinator to develop action plans for family groups, including risk assessment criteria, health and safety assessments, family group registration procedures, and monitoring and evaluation paperwork.
