Residential Worker

Supporting young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the local area achieve their full potential is a vital part of our work. As a Residential Worker, you will be working in Rossorry Grove supported accommodation service with up to 13 young people supporting them in managing their day to day lives and accessing specialist support to deal with issues of a specific nature.

What you'll need:
NVQ Level 3 or above in youth work or social care related qualification
At least 1 year's paid experience working with vulnerable young people aged 16-25 or at least 6 months paid experience working directly with young people in a homelessness setting
NISCC Registration
Access to a car and a driving licence
IT literacy
Demonstrate a willingness to engage in all associated training and learning related to the role
Demonstrate a willingness to work as part of a team and engage in a 24/7 rota that will include, evenings, nights and weekend work.
