Registered Service Manager, Belfast

Triangle Housing Association is a leading provider of housing and support to people in Northern Ireland with learning disabilities. Due to current expansion and the nature of the service we provide, we are seeking applicants to provide care/support to individuals with learning disabilities/complex needs including autism and behaviour that challenges. Experience in this area would be advantageous and starting salary will be commensurate with experience.

Registered Service Manager (SM/BF/07/19)

Based:                        Belfast Area

Hours:                        Full Time (37 hours), Permanent

Salary:                        £30,507 - £34,788 per annum

Essential Criteria

• A qualified social worker registered with NISCC (without condition)
  Or
• A First Level nurse registered with NMC
  Or
• Allied Health Professional registered with Health Professions Council
   
  And have 4 years’ experience in health and social care setting with relevant client group, 2 years which must have been at operational management capacity

OR

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care services registered with NISCC (without condition)
   
  And have minimum of 5 years practice experience with at least 2 years operational management experience

Desirable Criteria

• Experience of working with individuals with a learning disability/

            challenging behaviour, autism and/or history of offending behaviour

In addition, we would seek to compile a reserve list for similar vacancies in all areas.

Due to the nature of these roles, the successful candidate will be subject to Enhanced Access Northern Ireland (ANI) checks.  In addition, successful candidates will be required to register with NISCC (Northern Ireland Social Care Council) on appointment if not already registered.
