Essentials for this role are:

A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services or 

OR: a professional social work qualification and registered on the appropriate part of the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) register, without condition;

OR (b) a first level registered nurse on the appropriate part of the Nursing and Midwifery Council register;

OR (c) allied health professions registered with the Health Professions Council.

A minimum of 5 years experience working within a Supported Living, Disability or Domiciliary Care service with clients who have complex disabilities.

Of the above 5 years, a minimum of 2 years experience in an operational managerial role.
