Reach Mentoring are recruiting 3 full-time (36 hours per week) Connect Programme Coordinators. These posts will commence 26th August 2025 and run until the end of June 2026, with a view to extension pending funding.

Reach Mentoring’s vision is that every young person unleashes their full potential to be the best version of themselves that they can be. Our mission is to create positive, informing, and empowering mentoring relationships with children and young people while working in partnership with local schools, churches, and relevant agencies.

As Reach Mentoring continues to develop, we seek to employ 3 Connect Programme Coordinators, in which we are looking for enthusiastic people to build upon established partnerships within local schools and become engrained in the local community.

These 3 posts will involve supporting young people who are at risk of educational exclusion due to behavioural issues and those facing difficult life issues such as family bereavement, low self-worth, substance misuse, anxiety, etc. In conjunction with the senior management team the worker will develop and implement a mentoring programme to meet the needs of young people aged 9 to school leaver with the above mentioned issues in partnership with a range of schools across the ABC Council and Dungannon Areas.
