Project Coordinator

The successful candidate will oversee the day to day delivery of the artistic programme of the Project, handling the operations and logistics of workshop provision, from recruitment of participants, to scheduling transport, assignment of associates, budgeting, negotiating income from participants, timetabling, logistics, setting, tracking and reviewing objectives and collating and summarising all reports and incoming evaluations of activities.

The successful candidate will market the activities and programmes of the Drake Music Project Northern Ireland, and will meet set targets on recruitment of groups and individuals to the Project activities and artistic programme objectives and targets.

The Project Coordinator will work with tutor team members to meet goals by an assigned deadline, assigning tutors, and managing their expectations and delivery of workshops, plans and objectives.
