Programme Manager, Children and Family Services

NIACRO is a charity that makes a unique and specialised contribution to society through the delivery of a wide range of services and develops programmes for children and young people; families affected by imprisonment; and adults, in prison and in the community.

Reporting to the Director of Operations this is a key role within the Senior Leadership Team. Operating in a dynamic and diverse environment, the postholder will lead the development and delivery of high-quality children and family programmes and services in line with NIACRO’s strategy, contractual commitments and values. This is also a visible, externally facing role therefore requires insight in approach, the ability to connect and extend professional networks and influence across the stakeholder base. A focus on performance, innovation and improvement is necessary to support the delivery of service excellence under our diverse range of contracts.

To apply you will be a qualified, registered social worker with a successful track record of operating at management level for a minimum of 3 years, leading the development and delivery of relevant services to families and children. It would be desirable to have an understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences, Trauma Informed Practice and Early Age Intervention.
