The Participation Manager (Communities) is responsible for the management of all Community based projects in the areas of Social housing, Community Cohesion, Good Relations and Criminal Justice.

FLAGSHIP PROJECT

Whilst the Communities portfolio contains a few different projects the present flagship project is the Peace 4 funded Listen, Share, Change. A volunteer-led, innovative, good relations & cohesion project based in the community that uses shared reading to facilitate purposeful and sustained dialogue among and between a range of community groups resident in Housing Executive areas.

This project is delivered in partnership with Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

Listen, Share, Change utilises the existing infrastructure within the Northern Ireland Housing Executive as well as Community and Youth centres, healthcare settings and other local venues to deliver a fully accessible, customised programme of dialogue-based activities tailored to meet the needs of all participants.
