The post will involve supporting young people who are at risk of educational exclusion due to behavioural issues and those facing difficult life issues such as family bereavement, low self-worth, substance misuse, anxiety, etc. In conjunction with the senior management team the worker will develop and implement a mentoring programme to meet the needs of young people aged 10 to school leaver with the above mentioned issues.
