Part time Maintenance Person/Caretaker

Salary: £6,830 pa

Hours per week: 15.00

To carry out caretaker duties associated with the maintenance of the grounds and building and domestic cleaning duties as required.

To do required refurbishments i.e. painting and decorating as and when required
Setting up rooms for meetings and training events
To cut the grass and maintain the outside of the building and grounds as required
To carry out domestic cleaning duties as required
To undertake any other work as could be expected of a maintenance person/caretaker
The post holder will be required to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure Check with Access NI
