We are seeking a passionate, creative, and community-focused Good Relations Officer to help foster understanding, respect, and collaboration across women's' groups from the PUL/CNR background in Belfast, by delivering our historical and legacy programme.

As our Good Relations Officer, you’ll work closely with residents, community groups, womens groups and statutory partners to develop and deliver creative historical programmes that address division, promote mutual understanding, and celebrate diversity. You'll be central in helping build bridges between people from different backgrounds and in promoting positive cultural expression.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong understanding of the Good Relations agenda in Northern Ireland. 

  • Experience working with communities from PUL/CNR backgrounds on a cross community basis. 

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage projects, work independently, and deliver on targets.

  • A positive, inclusive, and proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
