Duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing email
- Providing general administrative support (i.e. purchasing of stationery, office supplies, typing of minutes, letters and reports, telephone calls)
- Assist and maintain computerised records to ensure compliance with GDPR
- Update social media/website
- Assist with Community Fundraising
- Assist with Funding Applications to Trusts and Foundations
- Assist in organising events
- Gathering data, both statistical and qualitative for projects as required
- Help raise awareness of the charity
This is a super role for an experienced office administrator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- A minimum of English and Math’s GCSE or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Knowledge of GDRP
- Knowledge of data collection and demonstrating impact
- Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing platforms
