Angel Eyes NI Part time Administrator Belfast 12 hours per week, 1-year contract £6240 Closing Date: 25 January 2019 Angel Eyes NI is recruiting for an administrator to help in the day to day running of this small local charity

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing email
  • Providing general administrative support (i.e. purchasing of stationery, office supplies, typing of minutes, letters and reports, telephone calls)
  • Assist and maintain computerised records to ensure compliance with GDPR
  • Update social media/website
  • Assist with Community Fundraising
  • Assist with Funding Applications to Trusts and Foundations
  • Assist in organising events
  • Gathering data, both statistical and qualitative for projects as required
  • Help raise awareness of the charity

This is a super role for an experienced office administrator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • A minimum of English and Math’s GCSE or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Knowledge of GDRP
  • Knowledge of data collection and demonstrating impact
  • Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing platforms
