OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (16 hours/week)
Hours of work - Monday to Friday mornings (with some flexibility required)
Salary: £11 per hour
Fisherwick Presbyterian Church is currently recruiting for the temporary part-time post of Office Administrator. This is to cover a maternity leave and will be for 6 months initially.
The successful applicant will provide clerical, secretarial and administrative assistance to the Minister and Office Bearers and will be responsible for the church office during office hours. The role also involves a considerable amount of creativity involving editing of online services, production of the church e-zine, and production of flyers and other church materials.
Experience and qualifications required include the following:
- Level 2 Qualification, i.e. 4 GCSE’s, A*-C, to include English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent
- Text Processing / Word Processing Qualification at Level 2 or above
- At least two years’ recent experience of working in an office in an administrative capacity
- Willing to work within the ethos and values of the Presbyterian Church
- Experience in the use of iMovie editing software, Facebook and YouTube as a content creator and Canva.
