Hours: 37 hours

Tenure: Fixed term until 31 March 2027 (possible extension subject to funding)

Salary: NJC Scale, Point 29-32, (£38,626-£41,511) per annum pro rata

The role

As Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist you will work with Early Years management and wider staff teams to review, develop and implement outcomes based, evidence informed reporting mechanisms.

The role will require leading on the implementation of high quality and appropriate monitoring and evaluation processes within The Pathway Fund. Using evidence to improve outcomes for children, young people, families and communities.

Essential criteria

At the closing date applicants, must have:

1. A degree level qualification or equivalent in an area of study related to or incorporating Social Science or Community Development or Business Development.

2. Two years relevant experience in the monitoring and evaluation of complex projects with reporting responsibility to both internal and external stakeholders; to include an OBA approach.

3. Demonstrable data analyses experience and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Excel.

4. A full current driving licence enabling the holder to drive in Northern Ireland/ROI and have the use of vehicle for official purpose OR have access to a form of transport that will enable the candidate to meet the requirements of the post in full.

Desirable criteria

1. Post graduate qualification.

2. Two years’ experience in the field of Early Years, Education, Community Development, Community Education or Health and Social Care.
