Clondermott House is a supported living accommodation giving care and support for 16 adults with mental health issues. It is situated in the Waterside area of Derry~Londonderry. Clondermott House provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year, supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day decision making
Essential Criteria
A first level registered nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC register
Or
A professional Social Work qualification and registered with NISCC.
And
A minimum of four years work experience in any health or social care setting working with vulnerable adults.
Two years previous management experience including staff management, financial management, and administration
Or
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services and registered or willing to register with NISCC.
And
A minimum of five years work experience in any health and social care setting working with vulnerable adults.
Two years previous management experience including staff management, financial management, and administration
