The Legal Officer for Community (Social) Care & Capacity Law will provide legal advice and assistance on all aspects of community care and capacity law in support of the Law Centre's vision and mission.
Reporting to the Senior Solicitor the successful candidate will be responsible for giving legal advice to callers to Law Centre NI on community care and capacity law and provide specialist support in the area of community care law, including through outreach and other planned activities. The post-holder will also contribute to Law Centre NI's policy advocacy, training and legal information resources. This is a temporary post to 31 March 2021.
