Purpose: The post holder is responsible for timely and accurate provision of administrative support to the HR and L&D functions across recruitment of both staff and volunteers and learning and development interventions.
Main responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the recruitment / resourcing process for vacancies up to and including line management level, including volunteer recruitment, ensuring cost effective and best practice recruitment methods are employed.
- Develop, collate and deliver monthly HR statistical information reports on recruitment, learning and development and other ad hoc reports as required through the effective application of the HR database reporting systems.
- Manage the gathering and recording of FEC monitoring returns in a timely fashion in order to accurately process the Annual Monitoring Return
- Produce training support documentation for learning interventions under instruction of the Learning and Development Manager and the HR Officer as required
- Liaise with the Learning and Development Manager and the HR Officer to ensure provision of hospitality and booking of venues for training
- Undertaking administration in relation to learning and development
- Inputting and maintaining information on the HR system and administering reports
- Updating and administering employee records and personnel files
- Organising and maintaining the HR and Learning and Development office filing system
- Full compliance with all financial, HR and other corporate responsibilities as appropriate to the post.
- Ensure the application of all policies and procedures of the organisation, and in particular those relating to Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities
