Seeking an Information and Advice Officer, you will provide expert support to unpaid carers across Northern Ireland. You will develop and deliver accessible information, manage digital resources, and collaborate with external partners.

About Us

Carers NI is Northern Ireland’s leading charity dedicated to supporting unpaid carers. Our mission is to provide crucial information, advice, and support to help carers navigate their roles, enhancing their quality of life. Our Together We Care Support programme, funded by the National Lottery, has just launched and offers both online and in-person support, helping carers access essential services, connect with peers, and stay informed.

About the Role

As an Information and Advice Officer, you will provide expert support to unpaid carers across Northern Ireland. You will develop and deliver accessible information, manage digital resources, and collaborate with external partners.

Your role will ensure carers have access to accurate advice and are well-informed about their rights and available services.

Based in Northern Ireland, remote and home-based with travel 

3 Year Fixed term – continuation subject to funding

About You

You are a skilled communicator with experience in providing impartial information and advice. You have strong knowledge of benefits, social security, and health services in Northern Ireland. Your ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging formats and your commitment to supporting carers will help you thrive in this role.
