We are pleased to offer the following permanent full time position:

HR Administrator
£15,202 - £17,086 FTE
37.5 hours per week

The successful candidate will deliver a professional and efficient Human Resource administrative service to support the employee lifecycle, meet the operational needs of the organisation and provide administrative support to the HR function for Positive Futures’ services in Republic of Ireland in order to deliver our Mission.

Essential Criteria
1. Minimum of 3 GCSE (or equivalent) passes at Grade C or above which must include English and Maths
2. At least 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
3. At least 1 years’ experience of using MS Office in the workplace (to include Word and Excel)

Desirable Criteria
1. Experience of working in an HR environment
2. Competent in using computerised HR system
3. Student membership of CIPD
4. Knowledge of Republic of Ireland employment legislation
