The HR team is focused on recruiting and retaining the best staff, developing our managers and improving our HR processes. We want people that are passionate about making a difference, adaptable and who enjoy working as part of a large HR team.

 

In the role of Human Resources Administrator you will work on all aspects of administration which are part of the employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, payroll, contracts, absence, employee relations and any other general administration duties. We are seeking candidates who can work collaboratively and effectively as part of the HR Admin Team and provide high quality support to managers, staff and the wider HR team.

 

Essential Criteria 

 

  • Minimum 6 months experience of working in a HR administrative role including experience in at least one of the following areas; recruitment, employee relations, payroll or learning and development.
  • Experience of using MS Office (to include Word and Excel).

 

Desirable Criteria

 

  • Experience using a HR data system e.g. ITrent.
