The Role
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering confidential and effective employee relations support, while serving as a key resource for business partnership. As a vital member of the HR team, they will contribute to the delivery of a modern, professional, innovative, and high-quality HR service that is responsive to the needs of the organisation.

The Successful candidate:

  • Chartered MCIPD (or) equivalent educational achievement (Level 5) in HR-related subject.
  • 3 years minimum recent experience in HR Generalist role with 2 years minimum recent experience in managing a team.

The Package

  • The role is Full Time 37 hours per week and the salary scale is Band 7 Level 1 - 4 (£39,570 - £42,754 per annum)
