Location: MindWise Head Office, Pinewood House, 46 Newforge Lane, Belfast, BT9 5NW

Salary: Band 2 : £21,000 – £24,000 per annum. Starting salary: £21,000

Type of contract: Full-time 37.5 hours

Duration: Permanent

The Human Resource function develops and implements the organisation’s Human Resource Management Strategy and the Learning Strategy. It provides support to managers in their role to manage and develop their staff, provides expert input on HR and learning matters and is a key driver of change in the organisation.

The role purpose:

The HR and Training Administrator will be responsible for providing customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic HR administrative support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements.  Support the delivery of the HR strategy ensuring that we provide a value-added service in order to meet organisational requirements. 

Experience and knowledge required:

• Educated to GCSE level (grades A-C) to include Mathematics and English language (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 12 months’ recent experience of working in a dedicated generalist HR Administrative or HR Assistant role.
• Proven experience of recruitment processes.
• Can demonstrate experience of maintaining a HR information system.
• Knowledge of HR related policy and process.
