As the HR Business Partner, you are a joining a great team in an operational role which includes all core HR areas such as recruitment, employee relations, wellbeing, performance, talent management, equality, building culture and more.

To feel comfortable in this role, you must love people and be driven, curious and innovative in creating an amazing experience for our colleagues. As a true HR professional, you are confident in your advice which you base on your up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and employment legislation. You don’t shy away from holding your colleagues to account using excellent oral and written skills but do so in a caring and emphatic way. You must have strong and advanced ability to work with technology including Excel and HR databases.

 

Some key requirements

 

You will have at least 3 years’ experience at HR Business Partner level in a generalist role AND CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent). Alternatively, you will have at least 5 years’ at HR Business Partner level in a generalist role AND will be studying towards CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent). You will also have a proven track record of using and evolving digital solutions and software packages including HR databases, online recruitment and manipulating data using advanced MS Excel skills.
