We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional, with a proven track record in developing services to people affected by long term conditions; you will also have relevant experience of managing teams of people.
As a Head of Service you will be responsible for managing a team of Care Services Co-ordinators in the North West and Northern Trust area, assisted by a Senior Care Services Co-ordinator. Building regional and local relationships with Health and Social Care Colleagues will be a key responsibility. You will work with the other Heads of Service to ensure operational delivery of services across your patch, and to ensure quality of Services across Northern Ireland.
