Location: Head Office, Belfast, with travel throughout NI and occasionally ROI and UK

Salary: Band 8 - £42,000 - £45,000. Starting Salary: £42,000 (Point 8.0)

Type of contract: 37.5 hours per week

Duration: Permanent. This post is fully funded for 12 months and will be self-generating thereafter.

Closing date: 12 noon, Thursday 8th October 2020.

Job Purpose:

The Head of Income Generation will lead a diverse team (WorkWise, Public Affairs & Fundraising) who have responsibility for a range of Income Generation activities by: 

• Leading on Income Generation strategies in support of our overarching Business Plan
• Proactively supporting the strategic direction of the organisation as a member of the senior team.

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge required:

• A third level qualification (HND, diploma or degree) or equivalent in the field of marketing or business.
• Minimum of three years’ experience at a senior management level, in an income generating field, leading a high performing team.
• 3 years recent experience of managing a team of staff.
• A proven track record in growing market share and income streams.
• 3 years recent experience of effectively managing a portfolio of accounts and client liaison in either a charitable or commercial environment.
