Generalist Adviser

The successful candidate will join our dedicated team of advisers across the ABC council area to help with the delivery of advice and advocacy services to the public.

Advice is delivered via telephone, email & in person at advice offices across the ABC area and at a number of outreach venues.

The position is full time and candidates must have completed an accredited adviser training programme and have a minimum of 2 years post training experience delivering advice in a social welfare context. Experience of representing clients at social security appeal tribunals is desirable.
