General Adviser's Full Time/Part Time. Newry and Downpatrick.

Community Advice Newry, Mourne and Down (formerly Citizens Advice) are recruiting General Adviser's to work as part of their team. We are looking for suitably skilled individual's to ensure clients get the support they need.

1 Full time and 1 part time General Adviser.

Salary scale: £21,268 - £22,658 (pro rata)

Ballybot House, Newry or Ballymote Centre, Downpatrick.

Community Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. This is a unique opportunity to give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem. We help with everything from benefits issues to problems at work, housing to consumer rights.  

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate relevant recent experience and knowledge of the welfare benefit system, housing etc.
