Full Time – Drop In and Female Crash Assistant Manager

Our service works to the ethos of high tolerance, low threshold and provides immediate and ongoing suport to both homeless and vulnerably housed people, many of whom have complex and multiple needs. As part of the management team you will lead a team of coordinators and support workers and be responsible for the day to day running of our Drop In Service which operates effectively as an assessment and multidiscplinary support hub as well as a place where our client group can participate in meaningful activities, training to sustain accommodation and socialise in a safe and welcoming environment as well as Annesgate, our 8 bed female emergency accommodation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team providing service delivery to marginalised people with a range of support needs. In return we will provide the opportunity to develop your skills, and will offer supervision, training and support.
