Finance Manager

Permanent, full time  37hrs per week

Salary: £49,706.36 - £56,078.97

A bit about the role:

As the Finance Manager - Management Accounting you are responsible for overseeing analysis of budget variances on all key financial transactions reported by the Finance Manager Financial Accounting.  You will pro-actively build relationships with other departments as well as with external stakeholders. You have the authority and knowledge to drive process improvements and maintain the integrity of financial records.

About you:

You will be educated to degree level with 3 years’ relevant Finance experience or 5 years’ relevant experience working in a Financial or Accountancy role.

You will be Qualified Accountant with at least three to five years PQE working and have at least 3 years’ in-depth experience of managing a staff team, including the setting and monitoring of agreed objectives, performance management targets and managing change.
