Finance Assistant, Bangor

We are pleased to offer the following permanent position in our Head Office in Bangor:
Finance Assistant
£16,226- £16,869
37.5 hours per week
The successful candidate will deliver professional and efficient financial support and associated administrative support to meet the operational needs of the organisation.
Essential Criteria
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above
- Experience of using MS Office (to include Word and Excel)
- Have a minimum of one year’s experience of working in a finance office
- Have a minimum of one year’s experience of experience of maintaining and operating a computerised accounts system
- Have the ability to travel independently. Positive Futures defines this as being a car driver and holder of a clean driving licence, or having access to a form of transport which will permit the applicant to meet the demands of the post.
*This criteria is waived for candidates unable to meet it due to disability.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of payroll processing
- Advanced Excel skills (creating spreadsheets, using formulae, etc.)
- Experience of answering phones and/or having done reception work
