The postholder will support the Senior Finance Officer in the efficient and effective delivery of services within the Finance Department

Location Base:  Hybrid working with minimum 40% of time in office - MindWise, Head Office, Pinewood House, 46 Newforge Lane, Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 5NW

Hours: 20 hours per week

Salary Range: £23,865 - £27,274 (Spine Points 2.0 – 2.6) – pro rata

Starting Salary: Point 2.0. Starting Salary: £12,728 (20 hours)

Duration: Permanent

The postholder will support the Senior Finance Officer in the efficient and effective delivery of services within the Finance Department

What we ask for from you:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above to include Maths and English or equivalent.
  • One year’s previous experience working in a similar post within a finance department.
  • One year’s experience of operating a purchase ledger within a computerised financial accounting system.   
  • Excellent Excel skills used to deliver/support financial information. 
  • IT literate proficient with other Microsoft Office products- Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
