Permanent – Executive Assistant – Belfast

Full time- 35 hours a week

We are seeking a reliable and task-focused Executive Assistant who shares our passion and commitment to helping young people transform their lives!

 

As our Executive Assistant, you will be a dedicated resource support to the Director and Executive Management team in Northern Ireland. You will provide administrative support for meetings and events, and manage Director/EMT travel arrangements. 

 

You will support EMT and the Operations Support Manager with local projects, including collating information for presentations and reporting as required.

 

Our Executive Assistant should be proficient in handling a variety of enquiries by telephone and email. Having the ability to deal with work of a confidential nature is essential.
