Post: Estates Maintenance Technician
Location: All Areas of NI Hospice, based at 74 Somerton Road, Belfast, BT15 3LH
Department: Estates
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time - 37.5 per week
Due to the expansion of our Estates Team, this exciting new opportunity has arisen, the role will include multi trade general maintenance works and the post-holder should be time-served in Electrical trade to City and Guilds 236 pt1 & pt2 with 3 years’ general maintenance experience.
