Salary scale range point £33,497 to £36,226 per annum based on 35 hours per week (or pro-rata as appropriate). Candidates will normally be appointed at the start of the pay scale.

Based within Action Mental Health Regional Office Newtownards, Antrim or Portadown
Option of 28 - 35 hours per week, to be agreed with successful candidate. Working pattern within office hours.
Role:-
Have responsibility for;
- Ensuring all properties are suitable for operational needs
- Managing development projects
- Liaising with tenants and external advisors
- All Health & Safety issues across the AMH estate
Essential criteria includes:-
- Degree or RQF Level 5 Diploma in a relevant property/building services subject.
- Recent relevant experience of working in a property/estates/facilities management role
- Experience of managing projects from inception to completion
- Experience of representing an organisation to a range of external organisations and producing written reports
- An understanding and operational experience of Health and Safety management &/or NEBOSH qualified
- A full current driving licence and access to a car is essential. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
