Employment and Mentoring Officer

1. To recruit and motivate participants from the local area onto the SUCCESS NW project. 2. To provide intensive one to one support and mentoring to SUCCESS NW participants. 3. To identify the needs / barriers of participants in accessing training, employment or further education and place participants on relevant training/ employment programmes based on their needs. 4. To provide opportunities for participants on the SUCCESS NW project to access numeracy support courses. 5. Refer participants where relevant onto confidence and capacity building personal and social development support within the project.
