Western Health and Social Care Trust Employability Service is a partnership initiative between WHSCT and Include Youth to help enhance Education, Training and Employment outcomes of young care leavers. This post is funded for 1 year.
- The post holder will be responsible for the continued development and delivery of Include Youth’s Employability Service within the Western Trust for young people in care and leaving care aged 16+.
- The strategic aims of the Employability Service are to enhance the employability of care leavers by securing and coordinating a range of work experience, training and employment opportunities in partnership with Social Workers and PAs
- The post requires day to day travel across entire WHSCT area
