A bit about the role

Joymount is a new development of 40 general needs houses and apartments in Carrickfergus. The Domestic Assistant/Caretaker will be responsible for the cleaning of all the communal areas within the 4 No apartment blocks, carry out weekly fire alarm test and to act in a neighbourly and friendly fashion to tenants of the scheme and their visitors. You’ll have at least 6 months previous experience working as a Cleaner/Domestic Assistant in a paid or voluntary working environment.
