Hours: 16 hours per week

The Role

Working under the direction of the Shop Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the Shop Manager to assist and develop this exciting retail opportunity. You will be responsible for the sales and profit of the shop by driving sales and delivering the greatest customer service possible to our customer base. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team in order to achieve retail targets.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven track record of supervising and motivating a diverse team;
• Demonstrable, relevant experience in a retail environment including customer service focus and a hands-on approach; and
• Previous experience of cash handling and following financial procedures.
