Deputy Shop Manager

The Role

Oxfam Ireland is looking for a Deputy Shop Manager to join our charity shop on the Ormeau Road, Belfast. Working under the direction of the Shop Manager, the Deputy Shop Manager will be responsible for sales and profit at the shop, customer service, store operations and supervising a team. The Deputy Shop Manager will also be responsible for achieving retail targets by driving sales and delivering excellent customer service to customers.

Our next Deputy Shop Manager will require a range of skills and experience:

• Relevant deputy management/supervisor experience in a fashion retail environment
• Experience of following financial procedures including cash handling and budget/sales analysis
• Trend awareness, visual merchandising and attention to detail
• Good organisational and administration skills
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a larger team
