Deputy Shop Manager

Contract: Permanent contract

Hours: 30 hours per week

Location: Castle Court shopping centre, Belfast

SIX4GOOD is a unique fashion collaboration between Oxfam Ireland and SIX – Look good, do good. SIX4GOOD is an accessories and jewellery shop with a difference. All of the brand new items on sale in-store have been generously donated to Oxfam Ireland by SIX (a Beeline brand) to help raise vital funds for people in extreme poverty worldwide.

The purpose of this role is to work under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Deputy Shop Manager is responsible for sales and profit at the shop, complete customer service, store operations and team leadership. The Deputy Shop Manager is responsible for the achievement of retail targets by driving sales and delivering the greatest customer service possible to our customers.

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 2 years demonstrable relevant shop management/supervisory experience in a retail environment including customer service focus and a “hands-on approach”

• Demonstrable experience of retail management to include budget and sales analysis

• Demonstrable experience of retail management to include product knowledge and trend awareness

• Demonstrable experience of retail management to include merchandising

• Experience of staff Management and making teams work
