Sense is passionate about supporting adults with complex needs, including sensory loss and learning disabilities to experience new opportunities, become more independent and be more involved in their local communities.
Our service in Derriaghy provides, a high quality, spacious environment for 6 individuals, with support from a dedicated, professional team. Close to train and bus routes and with easy access off the motorway, the service is easy to reach with all the amenities of Belfast and Lisburn on our doorstep.
We’re looking to recruit a new Deputy Manager, to support with the day to day running of this service. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience within a social care setting of managing and developing staff, alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your values will match ours and you will have a positive and empowering approach.
