Corporate Fundraising Manager

The overall objective is to maximise the income from these sources, utilising a variety of fundraising methods tailored to the needs of the partner. Specific responsibilities include:

• Play a key role in developing and growing the charity’s corporate fundraising programme
• To line manage a Fundraising Assistant
• Acquire new business in relation to identifying potential beneficiaries of Autism awareness training.
• Oversee the development of a range of corporate fundraising packages - securing Charity of the Year partnerships and employee fundraising support
• Account management of existing and future corporate partners, working to maximise fundraising opportunities
• Work with partners to identify and develop ways to motivate and engage staff with fundraising
• Regularly review all areas of the partnership to ensure objectives are met and opportunities maximised
• Identify and secure new business opportunities from existing networks and by reviewing relevant sector media
• Project manage corporate fundraising events
• Oversee the charity’s special events and manage the Fundraising Officer to deliver this to a high standard
• Project manage challenge events being undertaken by corporate partners and networks, such as climbs and bespoke challenges
• Manage budgets and work to set targets
• Ensure corporate supporters receive excellent supporter care
