Coordinator - PT (Foyle & Omagh)

Title: Coordinator

Responsible To: Head of Service Foyle

Location: Foyle Hub, Embassy Building, 3 Strand Road, Foyle, BT48 7BH X 2 days per week and Omagh Office, B17, Gortrush Industrial Estate, Great Northern Rd, Omagh BT78 5LU x 2 day per week Tuesday and Friday (no flexibility with these days as it depends on volunteer coverage)

Hours of Work: 25 Hours per week, Tuesday to Friday 9.00am until 4pm each day with 45 minute unpaid lunch.      

Salary: £24,703.76 per annum pro rata

Duration: Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover

Qualifications: 

•  Achieved “A” level standard with a  minimum 2 years’ experience of managing people
  OR
• A Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing people 

Skills and Experience:

• Experience of operational management and service planning
• Experience working to and achieving performance targets
• Experience of analysing and interpreting data, information and statistics
• Experience of working with organisational information systems and applications
• Experience of producing reports
• The post holder must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Knowledge of the Northern Ireland Criminal Justice sector would be advantageous
• Experience of operation in Volunteering organisation would be advantageous#
