Supporting the delivery and evaluation of a range of community initiatives (especially older people support) across the Upper Andersonstown localities.
- Assist with the design, delivery and evaluation of the UACF annual operational plan, which seeks to raise awareness and address the health & wellbeing needs of the population within the Andersonstown Area.
- Assist with the delivery and evaluation of a range of programmes targeting local residents.
- To support older people by reducing social isolation.
- Support the capacity and skills of local people to become more actively involved in the development and delivery of programmes
- To keep an up to date register of people using the services.
- Act as a resource to local stakeholders, informing them of the range of services available within the community centre.
- To provide a listening ear to people and signpost to the relevant agency.
- To help people navigate and access appropriate services that will best support and meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with all UACF polices in particular reference to the health and safety, equal opportunities and communication policies.
- Assist with recruitment and supporting of volunteers.
