Location - Belfast, Unit 4, Nelson Trade Centre, Nelson St, Belfast BT151BH (travel throughout NI required)
Contract – Fixed Term to January 2020
Salary - £16392.30 pa for 35 hour week

This role will support Housing First services users to reintegrate into their local community by engaging in meaningful activities and increasing their social interaction. The Community Integration and Befriending Support Worker (CIBSW) will help support people to remain in their homes and prevent a relapse into homelessness.
They will recruit a pool of volunteers to assist services users integrate into their local community.
