The CFSP team senior mentor is responsible for overseeing the employability & family support elements of the Community Family Support Programme as well as designing and delivering a needs-led programmes to develop positive outcomes for CFSP participants.
As USDT’s delivery partner for CFSP, the Senior Mentor will be responsible for line managing the North Belfast mentoring team, ensuring CFSP is delivered effectively, efficiently and objectives are met.
